The coaching method is based on the “St. Gallen Coaching Model” and certified according to ISO/IEC 17024. It uses process-oriented psychological short-term interventions, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), systemic constellation work, work with unconscious personality parts, elements from contemplation, time-line work, inner belief system processes, conflict resolution strategies, body work, trance, etc.

 

It is important to recognize and feel

  • what you lack in your life and what you would like more ~ The VALUE,

  • how you should be and what you should do in order to obtain the missing ~ The GOAL,

  •  how you are and what you do, or the reason why you have not yet reached the missing ~ The PROBLEM,

  •  what strategies and behavior patterns you use to obtain (without success) the desired,

  •  what blockages and fears hinder you to obtain the desired,

  •  what you think about yourself and what acts in you.

 You can

  • develop the part of your personality that reaches the desired,

  • resolve blockages, fears, conflicts and behavior patterns and to tie in existing resources,

  •  enable alternative behavior, in order to actually and sustainably obtain the desired,

  •  transform your negative beliefs into positive ones.
